key i cant read it

hello i got my link in my email and dowloaded the key to insta;;, but i cant open the file. the dat file i cant read in word pad it has a bunch of gobbly gook, and i tried excel, cant read either, adobe cant open it, can you please help, how am i supposed to open the dat fil to install the key code into the demo version????

Just copy your key file into the same folder as pce.exe and it will automatically detect it.
