				| Your best bet is to disassemble the system card to understand the sequence of operations, and reconcile the hardware accesses against what an open-source emulator like Mednafen  does when it encounters those hardware accesses. 
 You would do well to try to understand (or at least obtain a reference for) the original SCSI specification, because I understand the handshaking is based on that.
