The following games don't pass the title screen:
De Ja
Mirai Shonen Conan
Yawara 2
I tried older versions of ME and they don't work either.
Can anyone confirm if they run fine or if I'm missing something maybe? |

I've had problems with Conan, but I think Yawara 2 runs fine for me (I can't remember having any issues with it).

For Yawara, the problem is you can't frameskip/fastforward to get to the game faster, or else it never starts.
If you let it run a normal speed, it goes past the title screen. |

 Works fine for me mounting them on Daemon Tools for the ME 1.1.3 Windows XP version.
Can't speak or read a word of Japanese so I haven't played fully
through the games to see if they fully work though. |

Hmm I just tested mine again and it wouldn't even get to the title screen, even without speeding up emulation.
However, if you change system card to 'Magic System 3' it works fine.

You have a TG-16/PC Engine bios problem not a ME problem.
Here is all TG-16/PC Engine bios
