I've got a lost key. 
My original purchase information is buried somewhere on my computers, just haven't been able to locate it yet.
I also created a new support account. Not sure if I had a previous support account, but I'm sure it's been more than several years since the account was used, if at all.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
