My duo stopped reading cd's when you hit the start button the cd does not spin. is it possible to get a replacement anywhere or does anyyone know how to fix this

Here, check this guy out. He recently had some people hack into his site, but this is his info. He repairs all consoles, including your Turbo Duo. This guy knows his stuff, trust me. Cool
