Maybe this isn't new....(as a test I tried it in Ootake and it works there)

Title screen is all white, in game graphics show up a white boxes.



CyberCore (Japan version) works just fine.

I think it has to do with a bad dump. Try another one.

Yes, it's look like a bad dump, I already found a Cyber Core ROM that had this problem, the ROM hearder was incorrect.
