Final Lap Twin (USA) - Horizontal Line appears on track while racing

Taito Chase HQ (USA) - The screen following the title screen appears to be missing characters above the guy getting into the car. Ootake also displays this problem.


1280x1024 (32) Fullscreen
Direct X
Vsync 1
Bi-linear enabled
Hi-Res enabled
Scanlines enabled
Ratio off
