Some months ago my Turbo Duo R got problems to start cd-games. A technican did some calibration to the laser and it works better now. About 50% of my original cd-games start now, and about 90% of the copys to Verbatim cdr´s. Some games take a long time to start, minutes.

Is it possible to get a new laser somewhere? If yes, please give me a link.

Yes, go to the PCEngineFX forums and look around. There is lots of conversation on this subject. A forum member there might have a spare laser for you.

At the very least you can find out where to get one.
