...or Chip Can Kick...or Chip Chap Kick...or whatever the hell this game is called because I've seen different titles throughout the internet. If anyone knows Japanese can they please clear up this title for me?
ANYWAY  There seems to be missing graphics during the title and stage select screens. The intro animation sequence and gameplay appear to be in order, though And the CD image seems to be valid because the TOC looked good in accordance with Necstasy. Check it out:

That's Chip Chan Kick.
I made some progress on this game (thanks to Mednafen!) but there are still gfx issues in the select screen.
