| I've also been getting initilization error: -3 while trying to run ME 10.0 PR10. What does that mean? |

You collecting errors? 
It's a video error, the screen resolution or depth (or both) couldn't be initialized. Did you try both the DirectX and OpenGL driver?
About your previous post, the link is working fine from here, what does happen for you?

I really don't know why you are getting that many errors, I think that's the first time someone encounter so many problems.
