				| I can't run Magic Engine 1.0 PR 10. I open it up, I get a black window, which looks like it's about to start up, then I get a error message (initilization error: -19) and it closes. What that about and how can I fix it?!

				| This error means that MagicEngine couldn't get access to the keyboard through DirectX, this can happen when MagicEngine window lose focus before initialization was completed. Are you running MagicEngine directly or from a launcher? _________________

				| Hmmm, I extracted all of the ME files into a folder. I open the folder and click the ME icon to start it up. Thats all I know in regards to start up of ME. | |

				| The window could lose focus because of a background application too, some tray applications can do that.
Try with this version of MagicEngine :

 http://www.magicengine.com/pce-ys4.zip

 it's a bit more recent.

				| I wish that link you gave me worked, but it didn't Only sometimes I get an Initilization error. The rest of the the times I get straight error reports (pce.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close). ME 9 betas work fine but I need the latest and greatest

Anyway, thanks for trying to help me. keep up the good work! Your allowing many of the die hard Castlevania fans get their paws on Rondo of Blood, I'm one of them. YAY! But no CD-rom audio for me cuz of ME 9

				| Please keep your posts into one thread instead of opening a new topic for every problem you encounter (especially since they all seem to be related to your system).
You've told us nothing about your configuration. OS, CPU, graphic card and driver version... First of all, make sure you've installed the latest version of DirectX 9.0c and the latest version of your graphic drivers. You'll need to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of your card, NOT the default drivers from Microsoft which don't support OpenGL.
