I'm new to PC engine emulation..and I really need help with it.

I downloaded a few of those files and tried playing them on the emulator, but I have no idea how to make the cues playable. I followed a step by step on a website which said to make them into nero files, but that didn't work...please help, I have no idea what I'm doing.
