nice looking forum for the best pc-engine emulator i'll say, i'm new here and just wanna say hi

Haven't heard of it. it probably exists though.....RIGG was around along time, and Nightwolve was/is( I think RIGG is dead now, but the old forum topics still exist...NW would know.) a member of that scene for the longest i believe, and is STILL highly active in the NEC scene. ROM requests are forbidden here, but asking for the direction to be pointed in is a form of asking for help.
Try PM'ing someone for them. Good luck.
