No Sound for Cosmic Fantasy 2 Help Please

I purchased Cosmic Fantasy 2 for Turbo CD and Have magic Engine 9.9 and cant get the sound to work.My sound works fine on the roms and i have system cards 1,2 and 3 downloaded and extracted to the magic engine directory and i played with all the controls(i think)Help please i just wanted to make sure it worked properly before i payed for it.This is the original Cosmic Fantasy 2 game i am talking about, not a burned CD.Helllllllllp!!!Please.
