Is it possible to get 100% in Dracula X.

I currently have it showing 96% Complete. I've saved the 4 girls and I'm pretty sure I've sure I've beaten all paths, according to the stage select screen. I've even beaten the game and it was the good ending. Is this normal? Does killing Dracula give me that 4% I need, but it just doesn't update or, am I missing a path?

It sounds to me like you have not beaten the alternate 5th level (Stage 5'). This stage is closed off until you beat Dracula. It needs to be accessed from a secret path in one of the 4th levels...find a faq for details...and completing it will give you 100%. It is a bossless stage with two paths, one including a mini-boss. It is by far the hardest level in the game.
