Hi!!
Yesterday after more than one hour of suffering... finally discover that...
256x224 games... in PC-FX emulator are not 256x224 !!!! they are 252x224 !!  jaja 
For all users of ATI card + scart + CRT TV, they will know this card can go lower than 6.3khz, then 256x224 is not a option
Just create a modeline for 504x224 resolution at 59.86hz, and all bad scaling and horrible scroll gone!!
