				| I am trying to configure the controls for magic engine on an arcade cabinet using an IPAC. So far I have been able to configure all the controls for all emulators using the standard mame config for directions i.e directional arrows on keypad are directions on joystick.
Magic engine has numlock switched on on the controller config screen so the same buttons come out as 8,6,2 and 4. Is there anyway of turning numlock off on the magic engine config screen.

 Thanks

 J.

				| Which version of MagicEngine are you using, is it the old DOS version? _________________

				| As far as I can tell it is the latest version that I am using. The version number is version 1.0.0 PR 10. It is a registered version aswell.
 Any help would be great.

				| There shoud be no problem with version 1.0, MagicEngine doesn't use numlock, it directly uses the key code to detect the keys on the numeric keypad.
What does happen when you configure the direction on the numeric keypad in MagicEngine, it doesn't map to any key on the IPAC board?

				| I was doing something stupid. I was setting the keys to the arrow keys on the numpad as opposed to the cursor key arrows.
Problem Solved. Thanks for the help.
