	| Flash Hiders has the same graphics issue as Kaze Kiri - Ninja Action (J) it seems. I only tested it on pr 3 though, didn't even know there was a release 5 out yet

	| zsnes uses open for that. some software can control the refreash rate, most can't. But you should run it 60 anyways. If your running it at 75Mhz, and the game was designed to run 60, well, 75 doesn't  ... |
